Why we exist
Most operators are losing money to a phone tree they don't trust.
The problem started boring. A regional services operator we knew was spending tens of thousands on Google Ads, then dropping a third of the calls those ads generated — busy lines, after-hours voicemails, receptionists who didn't know the answer. The marketing team had a dashboard. The phones didn't.
We saw the same pattern at multi-location healthcare, field-service, hospitality, and real estate operators. The cost wasn't the call center. The cost was the silence on the other end of it.
So we built the thing that picks up. Then we built the thing that follows up. Then we built the platform that lets operations teams run hundreds of agents across hundreds of locations from one console — without a pile of integrations and without re-architecting the phone system every time a location opens.
